There is an extensive and annotated list of suggested reading, and another list of resources including information such as how to find a doctor or dentist, some products and services, and in general resources she found most helpful.

Some remarks are made about: what being healthy is like, approaches to health that do and do not work, and some ways to pay attention to oneself, nurture, and love oneself. Basics of routine health care also are presented.
